want to know where that rear wing came from.... got a UK 3/300 in black chassis / orange panels. The wing would look awsome on my car. Nice power delivery off the lights, BTW . . . . . Tim

It looks like it might be a standard rear wing with an additional slat/element added and modified end plates.

I haven't seen any other rear wings offered with the spanwise twist that the factory part has.
