About us
A long time ago, in a garage far, far away, two men decided to start a club for the incurable
From small beginnings as a part of pistonheads.com, the Ariel Atom Owners' Club has evolved into a club in its own right. Founded by two pioneering owners (of cars numbers 010 and 018), Bruce Fielding and Ross McWilliam felt that a car with such specialist requirements demanded a dedicated resource of information – gathered and shared amongst owners.
As a loose association of owners, three track meetings were organised (one with factory attendance) to great effect in gathering useful and helpful advice, as well as bringing together a thoroughly decent bunch of people. The owners’ club was a natural extension. Someone had to start one, so Bruce and Ross did!

Websites like this don't happen by accident - they require vast amounts of help. Thank you for that help goes to:
– Simon Saunders for making this all possible.
– Tom Siebert and everyone at the factory for their unstinting support.
– Bruce Fielding and Ross McWilliam for starting the club in the first place!
– Steve Gibson and Richard Marler for their determined efforts on the new website.
– All the other contributors of content, both text and photographs – past, present and future.
– Our wives and partners for putting up with us during the build.
